The service. ListingLens shows information read from Amazon pages. The free version is free of charge.
ListingLens Pro adds features (sales estimates, filters and sorting, CSV export, profit calculator, product lists) for a
subscription price shown before payment.
Estimates. Sales estimates, estimated launch dates and fees are approximations, not Amazon data. They are
provided for information only and must not be the sole basis of a business decision. Always check fees with Amazon's official tools.
Free trial. The 7-day Pro trial requires no payment. When it ends, the extension returns to the free version.
Subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any
time from “Manage my subscription”; Pro stays active until the end of the period already paid. Payments are processed by Stripe,
which may act as the reseller (merchant of record) of the subscription: in that case Stripe issues your invoice, applies the
taxes of your country and is your contact for payment questions.
Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA customers). By subscribing, you ask for immediate access to the Pro features and
acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access has started. If you believe you were charged in error,
contact us.
Availability. Amazon changes its pages regularly; some information may temporarily be unavailable. We do our
best to fix issues quickly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Independence. ListingLens is not affiliated with Amazon. Amazon is a trademark of Amazon.com, Inc. or its
affiliates. You are responsible for using ListingLens in accordance with the rules of the websites you visit.
Liability. To the extent permitted by law, ListingLens is provided “as is”, without warranty, and we are not
liable for indirect losses or business decisions made using it.

approximations, pas des données d'Amazon. Elles sont fournies à titre indicatif et ne doivent pas être la seule base d'une décision
commerciale. Vérifiez toujours les frais avec les outils officiels d'Amazon.
Essai gratuit. L'essai Pro de 7 jours ne demande aucun paiement. À sa fin, l'extension repasse en version gratuite.
Abonnement. L'abonnement se renouvelle automatiquement chaque mois ou chaque année jusqu'à sa résiliation.
Vous pouvez résilier à tout moment depuis « Gérer mon abonnement » ; Pro reste actif jusqu'à la fin de la période déjà payée.
Les paiements sont traités par Stripe, qui peut agir comme revendeur (vendeur officiel) de l'abonnement : dans ce cas, Stripe
émet votre facture, applique les taxes de votre pays et est votre interlocuteur pour les questions de paiement.
Droit de rétractation (clients de l'UE/EEE). En vous abonnant, vous demandez l'accès immédiat aux fonctions Pro
et reconnaissez perdre votre droit de rétractation de 14 jours dès que cet accès a commencé. Si vous pensez avoir été débité par
erreur, contactez-nous.
Disponibilité. Amazon modifie régulièrement ses pages ; certaines informations peuvent être temporairement
indisponibles. Nous faisons au mieux pour corriger rapidement, sans pouvoir garantir un service ininterrompu.
